Group Assignment Instructions (Semester 1, 2024)
REQUIRED:
(1) Complete the Carringbush Confectionery Pty Ltd Accounting Practice Set for the financial period (1st July 2024 - 30th June 2025) as per the instructions specified in that document.
(2) The Managing Director of Carringbush Confectionery Pty Ltd - Mr C.B. Andrews, has noticed lately, several references on the Internet relating to emerging technologies that may impact his firm. He is considering implementing Cloud based technology to facilitate the Accounting recording process at Carringbush Confectionery Pty Ltd after being advised that MYOB Business Online Accounting Software is an excellent system for a business operating in the wholesale / retail sectors. Before he goes ahead with the implementation of any Online based Accounting Software, the Managing Director - Mr C.B. Andrews would like you to write him a report that addresses the following.
(i) Discuss the benefits and identify any problems associated with Cloud based technology.
(ii) Discuss the major features of MYOB Business Online Accounting Software.
The Report should be 800 - 1000 words in length. Use the APA Referencing style.
(Any Referencing & Citations used in the report are not included in the overall word count.)
